D-Line crash

I don't have anything to add right now about this afternoon's collision between two outbound trains and the death of the 24-year-old operator of one of the trains.

The TAB seems to have good coverage.

Very sad.

    I still don't understand why the Green Line doesn't use block signalling. There seems to be a rear-end train-on-train collision once or twice a year.
